Insurance:
We take ComPsych EAP referrals. At this time, we do not reimburse traditional health insurance companies.
New Steps does not take insurance at this time
Accepted forms of payment include:
Cash, check, debit, major credit cards or HSA cards
Payment is due in full at the time of each service.
Cancellation policy:
New Steps Behavioral Health has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment for reasons other than sickness, personal or family emergencies or bad weather, you will be charged in full for the missed session. After your first missed session, we will ask you to keep a credit card on file with us for any missed appointments in the future.
